MasihiSathi Patreon is intended for users who voluntarily choose to financially support the continued operation, development, maintenance, promotion, staffing, technology, and growth of the MasihiSathi Platform.
Participation in MasihiSathi Patreon is completely voluntary.
Users are not required to become a MasihiSathi Patreon member in order to create a standard account or use features that MasihiSathi makes available free of charge.
Depending on the selected Patreon plan, users may receive certain Platform benefits, including MasihiSathi Coins.
The number of Coins and benefits associated with each plan will be displayed before purchase and may vary between plans.
Where MasihiSathi Patreon is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, the selected subscription fee will be charged at the applicable billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider, app store, or payment gateway to process recurring payments according to the plan selected by you.
Subscription pricing, applicable taxes, billing frequency, and benefits will be shown before confirmation of the purchase.

The number of Coins required for each feature will be displayed in the Platform and may change from time to time.
When you redeem Coins to unlock a profile, the applicable number of Coins will be deducted from your Coin balance.
An unlock gives access only to the information or functionality that MasihiSathi makes available through that particular unlock.
Unlocking another user’s profile does not guarantee:
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution before communicating with or meeting another user.
Users may use Coins or other permitted payment methods to promote or highlight their profiles where these features are available.
Promotion or highlighting may increase the visibility or presentation of a profile but does not guarantee any particular number of views, responses, matches, enquiries, communications, or marriage proposals.
Results can vary depending on user activity, location, preferences, profile quality, search criteria, and other factors.
When a user confirms a Coin-based transaction, the required number of Coins will be deducted from the user’s balance.
Users should carefully review the number of Coins required before confirming a transaction.
Once Coins have been successfully redeemed for a service that has been delivered or activated, the Coins will generally not be returned, except where required by applicable law or where MasihiSathi determines that a technical error attributable to the Platform prevented delivery of the purchased feature.

Payments successfully processed for MasihiSathi Patreon subscriptions, Coins, profile promotions, profile highlights, profile unlocks, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once the applicable digital service or benefit has been supplied, activated, credited, or consumed, subject to applicable law.
Users should review all payment details before confirming a transaction.
Cancelling a recurring MasihiSathi Patreon subscription prevents future renewals according to the applicable billing provider’s cancellation rules. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for a billing period that has already begun or a benefit already supplied.
Where a purchase is made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party billing provider, refunds and cancellations may also be governed by that provider’s applicable policies and mandatory requirements.

MasihiSathi may establish validity or expiry periods for certain categories of Coins, including promotional or bonus Coins.
